环状RNA与疾病发生的关系 被引量:1

摘要 环状RNA是一种存在于真核细胞中的,具有稳定环状结构的RNA。它主要通过对miRNA海绵吸附作用,拮抗miRNA对其靶基因表达的抑制,进而在转录水平上对靶基因进行调控,miRNA与疾病的发生密切相关,提示circRNA在疾病发生中发挥着重要的调控作用,可望成为新型疾病诊断标志物,将在疾病预防、诊治领域发挥重要作用。
