摘要
气悬浮干燥是现代涂覆业的发展趋势,气悬浮干燥喷嘴结构决定了热风风速大小、热风流动稳定性、热风干燥效果。在对不同结构的3种喷嘴Ansys软件建模仿真分析的基础上,比较不同喷嘴的仿真结果,导流板为三角形的A型喷嘴对热风气流稳定性优于其他结构喷嘴。
The flotation dryer is the development trend for the modern coating industry. The structure of flotation dryer nozzle decides itself performances, such as hot air speed, stability, drying effect. The three nozzles(A style, B style, C style) were modeled, simulated, and analysised by using the Ansys software, compared the results, the A style nozzle is best at hot air stability than the others.
