基于加速度传递函数的结合面参数识别

摘要 机床中存在着大量结合面,结合面特性直接影响着机床的整机性能,为了有效的预测和评价机床整机性能,需要研究结面基础特性参数的实验获取方法。提出一种基于加速度传递函数的结合面阻尼参数识别方法,通过加速度传递函数的实部和虚部计算,能有效避开质量矩阵和刚度矩阵求解,为结合面特性测试提供了一种方法。通过实验验证了这种结合面参数识别方法是可行的。 There is large number of joint in a machine tool structure. The performance of the whole machine tool structure is affected by these joints. In order to predict and evaluate the performance of machine tool structure, it is required to approach an experimental method to obtain the foundation characteristic parameters of joints. A new method to identify the damping parameters of joints is proposed based on the acceleration transfer function. The calculation of the stiffness matrix and mass matrix can be avoided by computing the real and imaginary parts of the acceleration transfer function. It is a simple and useful method to identify the damping of a joint. The method is verified through the foundation parameters experimental of joints.
