摘要
提出一种基于可靠性分析的蒙皮结构起重机优化设计方法。考虑蒙皮结构起重机设计中尺寸参数、材料性能及风载荷的随机性,采用Monte-Carlo法中的拉丁方抽样(LHS)技术计算结构系统的可靠度。通过概率敏感性分析确定优化设计变量,以蒙皮结构起重机金属结构系统总质量为目标,利用有限元分析软件Ansys进行优化设计,相对初始设计的蒙皮结构质量减少23.8%,整体可靠度得到有效利用,避免了局部可靠度富余,节约了制造成本。
Put forward a kind of skin structure crane optimization design method based on reliability analysis. Considering the randomness of size parameters, material properties and wind load in the skin structure crane design, using Monte-Carlo method of Latin hypercube sampling (LHS) technique to calculate the reliability of structure system. Through probabilistic sensitivity analysis to determine the optimal design variables, with the total quality of metal structural system of skin structure crane as the goal, to optimize the design by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS, relative to the initial design the quality of skin structure is reduced by 23.8% , the overall reliability is used effectively, avoids the local reliability surplus, saves manufacturing cost.
