摘要 通过分析三维调节架的工作状态,进行理论计算并选出三维调节架的主要部件。基于UG NX环境进行三维调节架自顶向下机械结构的总体设计,并在Ansys Workbench环境下对三维调节架结构进行静力分析和模态分析,得到在自身重力下机构的总体变形以及机构前六阶的固有频率与振型。结果表明,所设计的三维调节架具有较高的刚度,优势频率低于振源频率,可以有效地避免振源的激振。 Through the analysis of working condition of three-dimensional adjusting frame, I perform theoretical calculations and choose the main components of three-dimensional adjusting frame. And I make a overall design of the mechanical structure of three-dimensional adjusting frame from top to down by using the software of UG NX. Then under the circumstance of ANSYS Workbench I complete the static analysis and modal analysis of three-dimensional adjusting frame,and got the overall deformation under their own gravity and first six order natural frequency and vibration mode. The resuhs show that this design of three- dimensional adjusting frame has the high stiffness and dominant frequency is lower than vibration frequency of the source and can effectively avoid the vibration of source.
