摘要
人类细胞大约有10%的RNA(即mRNA)用作蛋白表达的模板,其余90%的RNA统称为非编码RNA,其中长度大于200个碱基对的非编码RNA被归类为lncRNA〔1〕。LncRNA具有丰富多样的生物学功能,如参与X染色体的失活。
Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)is increasingly recognized to contribute to cellular development and differentiation via diverse mechanisms.A growing body of research shows that lncRNA may be not only useful as markers for the diagnosis and clinical types and prognosis of cancers of the blood,but also as potential targets for novel therapies.Further study of its function will enhance our understanding of the regulatory networks in the hematopoietic system.This paper emphatically introduces the regulation mechanism of lncRNA on the growth of embryonic stem cells,hematopoietic stem cells and red blood cells,as well as the correlation between lncRNA and several hematological malignancies.
