浅谈高校辅导员职业化建设

A Brief Discussion on the Professionalization Construction of University Counselors

近年来,随着高校的规模不断扩大,招生数量不断攀升,辅导员的岗位需求也不断增加,辅导员的能力要求也不断提到新的水平,辅导员的作用也日益凸显。辅导员队伍的好坏,直接关系到高校的和谐校园建设,对大学生的思想政治教育也起到了举足轻重的作用。不断凝练和培育辅导员核心价值观,扎实推进高校辅导员职业化、专家化建设将是解决新时期高校思想政治队伍建设的有效措施。本文分析了目前高校辅导员队伍的实际情况,提出了辅导员职业化的必然性,并提出了职业化建设的实施意见和建议。

With the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities in recent years, the number of students enrolled is growing so fast that the demand for counselors also increases.The demand for the ability of counselors is also constantly increased to the new level, and the role of counselors is increasingly prominent. The quality of the counselor team is directly related to the construction of the harmonious campus in colleges and universities and also plays an important role in the ideological and political education of college students. To continuously refine and nurture the core values of counselors and push forward the professionalism of counselors will be an effective measure of university ideological and political staff construction in the new era.This paper analyzes the actual situation of the present university counselors, puts forward the necessity of the professionalization of them, and puts forward the proposal and suggestions for the implementation of the professionalization construction.
