摘要
独立学院辅导员师德师风建设总体上还不能很好地适应新形势下加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作的需要,辅导员本身存在角色认同不高、职责不清、工作矛盾重重、缺乏科学管理等问题,影响了辅导员队伍的整体水平;职业前景不明确、分配政策不合理等问题,使辅导员队伍师德师风建设进程处于缓慢发展的状况。本文提出独立学院应从理清独立学院管理制度,理顺辅导员管理制度;健全独立学院规章制度,完善辅导员评价监督制度;探寻辅导员发展之路,营造辅导员培养激励环境;完善思德修养建设,完备师德建设内化机制四个方面入手,加强辅导员队伍师德师风建设,为学院的稳定发展保驾护航。
In general, the construction of teachers' morality among counselors in independent colleges is still not well adapted to the need to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education work on college students under the new situation, and there are still some problems affecting the overall level of the counselor team and hindering the rapid development of the construction of teachers' morality among counselors, such as the poor role identity and unclear responsibilities of counselors themselves, various contradictions in their work, lack of scientific management, ambiguous career prospects and unreasonable distribution policy. This paper proposes four aspects to enhance the construction of teachers' morality among counselors and ensure the stable development of colleges, namely, clarifying the management system of independent colleges and the management system of counselors, improving the regulations and systems of independent colleges and the evaluation and supervision system for counselors, exploring the path for counselors' development and establishing an incentive environment for the cultivation of counselors, improving the construction of ideology and self-cultivation and the mechanism to internalize the construction of teachers' morality.
