摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在神经外科带教中的运用效果,培养和提高护生的循证意识。方法:采用单纯随机抽样法,将我科2012-2013年全日制本科实习生57名,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组28名,对照组29名。把循证护理运用于观察组护生的带教中,对照组护生采用传统方法带教。比较两组护生出科考试成绩、提出问题的能力和文献检索能力。结果:观察组护生护理出科考试成绩、提出问题的能力、文献检索相关知识的掌握及对信息有效性和适用性的判断能力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理运用于神经外科带教,有利于护生的出科考试成绩、发现问题能力的提高,强化了护生文献检索相关知识及提高了护生对信息有效性和适用性的判断能力。
Objective: This study is designed to learn the effect of the application of evidence-based nursing in neurosurgery teaching, and further to cultivate and enhance the evidence-based consciousness of nursing students. Methods: 57full-time undergraduate students were selected in our department. Using simple random sampling method, the experimental group has 28 students and the 29 students of the control group.Applying the evidence-based nursing in basic nursing operation teaching among the experimental group, and the control group using traditional teaching methods, both groups were taught by the same teacher. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared at the end of the term. Results: The nursing students of experimental group are better than the control group in the abilities of nursing operation, raising questions, mastering the knowledge of literature searching, and determining how valid and useful the material is(P 0.05). Conclusion: Applying the evidence-based nursing in neurosurgery teaching can improve the nursing students' ability of nursing operatio n, increase the knowledge of nursing students on literature searching as well as increase the nursing students' abilities to determine how valid and useful the material is.
