高职高专学生是继续教育的主要对象,新时期高职高专学生带有明显的时代特征,我们应该研究和掌握他们的学习心理,在继续教育过程中引导这个群体发挥思想特点中的积极面,消退学习负面情绪,重新树立学习自信心,最终达到培养"高·精·尖"专业型人才的目的,保障国家技能型人才红利的持续性释放。

Higher vocational students are the main target of continuing education. In the new period, higher vocational students have obvious characteristics of the times, so we should research and grasp their learning psychologies, guide them to play the positive aspects of the ideological characteristics and overcome the negative aspects, so as to re-establish their self-confidence in learning. The aim is to ultimately achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality and cutting-edge talents with professional skills and ensuring the sustainable supply of technical talents.
