广东高职院校文科生创业素质模型构建及培养模式探索

Exploration on the Model Construction and Cultivation Mode of the Entrepreneurship Quality of Liberal Arts Students from Higher Vocational Colleges of Guangdong

随着国家各种鼓励政策出台和市场经济发展,越来越多的广东高职院校学生萌生了创业的想法,但现实中高职院校学生创业成功的例子却很少。高职院校学生创业素质现状不乐观,创业教育体系不完善。本文通过文献分析、问卷调研、访谈等形式,重新探索大学生创业素质,建立素质模型:创业意识45%、创业知识25%和创业能力30%。本文通过比较分析大学生素质现状与素质模型之间的差距,旨在探索提高广东高职院校文科生创业素质的培训方法。

With the announcement of various encouragement policies and the development of market economy, an increasing number of higher vocational college students in Guangdong are considering starting their own businesses, but there are few cases of successful entrepreneurship in real life. The entrepreneurship quality of higher vocational college students is less impressive and the entrepreneurship education system is still imperfect.Through literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interviews, etc.,this paper re-explores the entrepreneurship quality of college students and establishes a quality model： entrepreneurship awareness occupies 45%; entrepreneurship knowledge occupies25%; entrepreneurship ability occupies 30%. Through a comparative analysis on the current situation of college students＇ quality and its gap with the quality model, this paper explores the methods to cultivate the entrepreneurship quality of liberal arts students from higher vocational colleges of Guangdong.
