摘要
作为一种社会组织形式而存在的学校,其本身蕴含着一定文化,承担着培养国家未来各领域人才的重任,由此可见学校文化的性质是一个十分重要的话题。文章从文化变迁视角看,以具有百年校史的合肥市第42中学为实例,来对学校文化性质进行思考,从学校文化的软约束性、无形性、累积性、稳定性和发展性等角度来分析研究。
As a form of social organization, the school itself contains a certain culture and bears the important task of training talents for all walks of life in our country, so it can be seen that the cultural property of a school is a very important topic. From the perspective of cultural change, exemplified by Hefei No.4Middle School, a century-old school, this paper discusses the cultural property of the school, and analyzes from such aspects of school culture as constraint force, intangibility, accumulation,stability and development.
