“懒”老师,“勤”学生——构建“快乐、和谐、高效”的高三数学课堂的研究

"Lazy" Teachers and "Diligent" Students: Research on the Construction of "Happy, Harmonious and Efficient" Senior Three Mathematics Class

摘要 教师在课堂上讲解和包办代替得太多,就会减少学生过多的自主性,造成事倍功半,从而引起学生学习能力的萎缩。因而传统的"读死书""死读书"做法显然已不适合时代的要求,教师要学会从"埋头苦干"走向"高效巧教",要敢于放手,学当"懒老师",明确"学生是学习的主体",培养勤快的学生。 If the teacher explain and do too much in class, students will lose their autonomy, achieve less results through hard work, and miss the opportunities to enhance their abilities. The traditional hidebound methods of teaching and learning can no longer meet the demand of the times, so teachers should transform their ideas, giving students more free space and upholding the principle role of students, namely, being "lazy" teachers who cultivate diligent students.
