高校自荐式和推荐式班委选举的探讨--以武汉商学院应用艺术系为例

Exploration on the Class Leadership Election of Self-recommendation and Recommendation: A Case Study on Applied Arts Department, Wuhan Business University

班委在高校学生管理中至关重要,不同选举方式所选出来的班委工作能力也有所差异。本文通过问卷调查、数据分析等研究方法,探讨自荐式和推荐式选举出的班委分别在领导能力、责任心、学生支持度、工作能力、与教师关系、班级凝聚力、班级学风等方面的能力对比,最终讨论哪种选举方式更能选出优秀的班委。

Class leadership is essential in college student management. The work ability of class leadership which was selected by different electoral ways is also different. The paper discusses self-recommendation and recommendation, comparing their leadership skills, responsibility, student support, the ability to work, relations with teachers, class cohesion, class style of study, etc. We will discuss which way of election can elect the better class leadership.
