艺术教育:高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的有力途径——对外经贸大学艺术教育模式探析

Art Education, a Powerful Approach to Cultivate and Practice Socialist Core Values: Exploration on Art Education Model of University of International Business and Economics

十八大报告中强调:文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园。十八届三中全会对全面改进美育教学作出重要部署,明确提出:"改进美育教学,提高学生审美和人文素养"。2015年,国务院办公厅下发《国务院办公厅关于全面加强和改进学校美育工作的意见》(国办发<2015>71号),明确提出要"把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观融入学校美育全过程"。因此,在全社会全面推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣的新形势下,进一步加强普通高等学校艺术教育工作,探索高校艺术教育的创新模式,充分发挥艺术教育育人功能有着重要的现实意义。

Report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that a culture is the bloodline of its nation and the spiritual homeland of its people.The Third Plenary Session of the 18 thCentral Committee makes important declarations about comprehensively improving aesthetic education and clearly requires ＂improving aesthetic teaching and enhancing aesthetic and humanistic attainment of students＂.In 2015, the General Office of the State Council issues ＂Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening and Improving Comprehensive School Aesthetic Education Work＂（document by the General Office of the State Council, No.71,2015） which clearly states to ＂incorporate the cultivation and practice of the socialist core values into the whole process of school aesthetic education＂. Therefore, further strengthening college art education work, exploring new models of college art education, and thoroughly giving play to the educational function of art education have crucial realistic meaning in the current great background that advocates great development and prosperity of socialist culture.
