摘要
根据韦纳的成败归因分析方法,设计了调查问卷,对七个专业的士官学员开展了问卷调查,并对收回的问卷进行了分析,提出了促进军校士官学员学习的合理建议。
According to Weiner's attribution analysis, we designed the questionnaire and carried out a survey on NCO students from seven majors. Then we put forward reasonable proposals to promote NCO students' learning in military academies by analyzing the returned questionnaires.
