摘要
幼儿教师与家长之间产生矛盾冲突的事件时有发生,家园关系日益紧张。了解亲师之间产生矛盾背后的原因是解决矛盾的必要途径。研究者通过与多名幼儿教师和家长进行访谈,发现幼儿教师专业素质和家长、教师的角色认知问题是亲师矛盾产生的原因。针对这些原因研究者对教师提出提升自身专业素质和掌握与家长沟通的技巧等方面的建议,以期为幼儿教师和家长实现家园共育起到推动的作用。
The contradictions between kindergarten teachers and parents take place frequently, resulting in increasingly strained family-kindergarten relationship. To learn about the causes of the contradictions is a necessary approach to settle the contradictions.Through interviews with some kindergarten teachers and parents,the writer found that the causes are kindergarten teachers' professional quality, parents' and teachers' role cognition. Aiming at these causes, the writer proposed teachers' improvement of their own professional quality and mastery of skills to communicate with parents, hoping to promote the cooperative education of kindergarten teachers and parents.
