摘要
目的:以甘肃民族师范学院为例,探讨偏远地区民族院校大学生时间管理倾向现状以及影响因素。方法:用相关问卷对311名大学生进行调查,运用T检验和方差分析对数据进行处理。结果:甘肃民族师范学院大学生时间管理倾向平均得分3.32;性别和年级在时间效能感维度上有显著差异(P<0.05);专业、民族和独生与否在时间价值感维度有显著差异(P<0.05);成绩在时间管理倾向及其维度上差异达到显著水平(P<0.01)。结论:甘肃民族师范学院大学生总体时间管理水平较高,人口统计学变量在时间管理倾向某些维度存在差异性。
Objective: The article takes Gansu Normal University for Nationalities as a subject to review the present situation of university students' time management disposition. Methods: The article uses the relevant questionnaire to survey 311 college students and use T test and analysis of variance to process data. Results: The overall level of university students' time management disposition is 3.32. There are significant differences in the time effectiveness on gender and grade(P〈0.05). There are significant differences in the time value sense on majors, nation, only child or not(P〈0.05). There is significant difference in the time management disposition and dimensions on school record(P〈0.01). Conclusion: The overall level of university students' time management disposition is higher. Demographic variables have significant differences on certain dimensions of time management disposition.
