摘要
随着经济的发展,养殖业在促进农业进步,优化产业结构中的作用日益凸显,国家在十三五规划中更是强调了通过养殖业促成农业和工业之间形成良性循环的重要性,然而中小型养殖企业在发展的过程中无一例外地都遇到了技术和管理上的难题,而这些难题集中于员工培训这一环节体现出来。本文以银达养殖公司为例,对其在员工培训方面面临的困境、出现的问题进行了剖析,提出相应的解决意见,希望对中小型养殖企业的发展提供思路,特别是对偏远地区的中小型养殖企业的员工培训提供参考。
With economic development, the role of the breeding industry is increasingly prominent in promoting agricultural progress and optimizing industrial structure, and the 13 th five-year plan emphasizes the importance of the breeding industry in promoting the favorable cycle between agriculture and industry, but small and medium-sized breeding enterprises, without exception, have encountered technical and management problems in the process of development, staff training is the focal point. With Yinda Breeding Company as an example, this paper analyzes the predicaments and problems it is faced with in staff training, and proposes corresponding solutions, hoping to provide some inspirations for the development of small and medium-sized breeding enterprises, especially staff training in small and medium-sized breeding enterprises in remote areas.
