教师教育与非师范教育:师范院校发展策略研究——以外语专业为例

Teacher education and development of non-educational majors

一直以来,师范院校发挥其在教师教育方面的优势,为国家培养了大批师范人才。如今,师范院校应坚定不移地实施教师教育,注重突出师范特色并加强实践教学和教学研究。目前,非师范教育与师范教育同时存在。然而其与社会需求仍存在一定差距,因此不应盲目发展。但存在的就是基本合理的,正确的就要坚持到底。我们应在夯实教师教育的同时努力办好非师范教育,坚持两条腿走路,都要走出铿锵的步伐。

In the past few decades,Chinese teacher universities have fully performed their advantages in teacher education with a large number of qualified teachers.Nowadays,they are expected to further highlight the characteristics of teacher education and to strengthen practical teaching and researches.There is still a certain gap between non-educational majors and real social demands.Our goal is to reinforce teacher education and meanwhile make great efforts to develop non-educational majors,neither of which should be neglected.
