女性教师拒绝流动?——中国研究型大学教师流动性别差异的实证分析 被引量:5

摘要 西方大学教师流动的既有研究中,对于性别与流动的关系探讨占据非常重要的篇幅,但与此同时,却存在着两种迥然不同的研究结论和理论解释。本研究将西方既有研究归纳为两大类基本假设和9条子假设,通过对北京大学等11所中国研究型大学教师流动的调查数据分析,首次在中国学界开展了性别与大学教师流动的实证分析。研究发现,中国女性大学教师流动频率显著低于男性,与西方主流理论流派保持一致,但在具体的低流动性原因解释方面与西方存在部分差异,机构声望和流动"性别惩罚"现象是造成中国女性大学教师流动率低的重要原因。 This paper studies the researchers from 11 Chinese universities including Peking University to explore over sexes and their mobility.Research shows that the far fewer female researchers than males tend to change their jobs,which is coherent with the western mainstream of theoretical schools.But the causes are different,namely,institutional reputation and sexual punishment result in the low rate of their mobility.
