摘要
以罗丹明B为原料,设计并合成了一种具有高选择识别性能的罗丹明席夫碱探针RB1,并对其结构进行表征。研究表明该化合物对Pd^(2+)具有单一的选择性,并且不受其他常见金属离子的干扰。根据Job's Plot实验确定该探针与Pd^(2+)的络合比为1∶1。初步认为Pd^(2+)与罗丹明席夫碱的N、O原子形成了一个稳定的五元环,该过程是可逆的。
A novel and simple Schiff base (RB1) composed with rhodamine and 4 -aminoantipyrine was synthesized and characterized as a fluorescent probe. In the presence of Pd^2+ , the fluorescent intensity has a dramatic enhancement over other examined metal ions in aqueous solution without distractions. The method of Jobb plot indicated the formation of 1 : 1 complex between probe and Pd^2+. The possible binding mode of the system was also proposed. A five membered ring was formed between the N, O atoms of RB1 and Pd^2+.
