摘要
创新应用型人才培养是高等学校教学改革的重点。文章提出了一种创新应用型化学化工类专业"^(2+)1+1"的大类人才培养模式,并构建了与该培养模式相适应的模块化课程体系。模块化课程体系包括理论课程体系、实践课程体系和基本素质教育课程体系,明确了基础课程在化学化工类专业人才培养中的重要作用,并且在课程次序的安排上体现创新应用型人才阶段性培养流程。实践证明,新的人才培养模式及课程体系崇尚以人为本,更加贴近市场,受到学生的普遍欢迎,这对地方高等院校培养创新应用型化学化工类人才具有一定的参考意义。
The cultivation of applied innovative talents is the focus of teaching reform in colleges and universities. One kind of main category talents training mode of "2 + 1 + 1" for chemistry and chemical engineering fields was put forward in the paper, and modular curriculum structure with suitable the talents training mode was built. The modular curriculum structure includes theoretical curriculum structure, practical curriculum structure, and basic curriculum structure. The important function of basic curriculum structure was defined in talents training for chemistry and chemical engineering fields, and stage training process of applied innovative talents was embodied on the curriculum sequence. Practice of the new talents training mode and curriculum structure showed that it's people oriented, more close to the market, popular in students, and has some reference value in talents of chemistry and chemical engineering for local colleges and universities.
