摘要
测试性设计对于提高产品作战可用性、任务可靠性,降低生产、联试、保障的难度具有非常重要的意义。在研究混合诊断模型的基础上,开展故障模式分析、测试点设计与测试覆盖度计算,为可视化指挥终端音频通路的测试性设计提供了参考。
DFT is very important to improve the operational usability,mission reliability,and reduce the difficulty of the production,test,maintenance.On the basis of the research of hybrid diagnosis model,the failure mode analysis,test point design and test coverage are calculated,which provides a reference for the test design of the audio circuit of a visual command terminal.
