摘要
试验研究了生物和化学预处理对甘蔗叶厌氧消化性能的影响,采用复合菌剂和2%,4%,6%,8%的Na OH对甘蔗叶进行预处理。试验结果表明,经预处理后的甘蔗叶木质素、纤维素和半纤维素总含量降低,产气量和沼气中甲烷含量提高,厌氧消化时间缩短,其中,添加6%的Na OH的预处理方式效果最佳,复合菌剂次之,与对照组相比,干物质产气率从131.64 m L·g-1TS分别提高到267.61 m L·g-1TS和251.44 m L·g-1TS,厌氧消化时间有所缩短。采用复合菌剂和Na OH预处理产生的沼气中甲烷含量基本一致,最大甲烷含量均在60%以上,比对照组提高了15%以上。复合菌剂与Na OH预处理可以提高甘蔗叶的可生物降解性和厌氧发酵产气率。
To improve anaerobic performance of sugarcane leaves,sugarcane leaves were pretreated by complex microbe and four different concentration of Na OH( 2%,4%,6% and 6%) respectively for three days at room temperature. The pretreated sugarcane leaves then was went on anaerobic fermentation under temperature of 38℃. The results showed that,the pretreated sugarcane leaves obtained higher biogas production and methane content with shorter digestion periods,and the effluent contained less lignin,cellulose and hemicelluloses. Among all these pretreatments,the treatment with 6% of Na OH obtained the best result,and the treatment with complex microbe was the second,their TS biogas production were267. 61 m L·g- 1and 251. 44 m L·g- 1respectively,while the control was only 131. 64 m L·g- 1. The methane contents of biogas for all the pretreatmens were basically the same with the maximum methane contents of over 60%,which were at least15% higher than that of the control. It was an effective way to improving anaerobic digestion by Na OH and complex microbe pretreatment.
