中国典型援外沼气项目浅析

Analysis on Typical Aiding Biogas Program from China

沼气技术是一种既可产生能源又可治理农业污染的手段,特别适合在发展中国家的偏远地区进行推广应用。作为世界上沼气技术利用最广泛的国家,我国也将沼气技术作为农业对外援助的重要组成部分。为深切落实"一带一路"战略的部署以及习近平总书记在第21届联合国气候变化大会中的承诺,沼气技术的对外援助在今后一段时间必将在我国农业对外援助方面扮演重要的角色。本文主要介绍了近年来我国对外援助的主要沼气项目的建设和运行情况,并对沼气技术对外援助提出了几点发展方向,以期为今后沼气技术对外援助工作的开展提供借鉴和指导。

As an effective method of renewable energy production and agricultural pollution treatment,biogas technology is necessary to popularize and develop especially in developing countries. China has the largest amount of biogas digesters and biogas output,and the the biogas technology is an important part in agricultural foreign aid program. To implement the promise of president Xi Jinping in the 21 st Climate Change Conference of United Nations,biogas technology will play a more important role in the field of foreign aid program. This paper introduced the main foreign biogas aid programs of our country and the operation situations. And suggestions were proposed for the future biogas foreign aid program.
