摘要 为有效利用香蕉茎秆资源,提高厌氧消化效率,采用蒸汽爆破法对香蕉茎秆固体剩余物进行预处理,探讨不同预处理条件对香蕉茎秆厌氧消化产气性能的影响。试验结果表明:当汽爆压力为3.0 MPa时,30 d累积产气量、甲烷产量达最高,为4 130、2 350 m L,分别比对照组(累积产气量3 040 m L,甲烷量1 371 m L)提高35.8%和71.4%;单位干物质产气量达413 m L/g TS,单位干物质产甲烷量235 m L/g TS;蒸汽爆破预处理可有效提高香蕉茎秆产气潜力。 Rich resources of banana stem(BS) are typical organic wastes in tropical regions and are ignored for a long time. In fact, they can be used to produce bio-gas by anaerobic digestion as corn stalks,wheat stalks and so on. Recycling and stabilization of wastes of stalks through anaerobic digestion is a better approach for treatment than aerobic treatment or composting. For enhancing utilization of banana stalks and improving the biogas production efficiency. The objective of this research was to propose and investigate the availability of digested banana stem(BS) to produce biogas. In this study, BS were pretreated by steam explosion with different explosion pressure, Investigate the effects on anaerobic digestion performance with BS and swine manure(SM). The results show that the capability of biogas production after pretreatment. Anaerobic digestion experiments were operated at(35 ±2)℃ for 30 days,and only SM was taken as the control. Analysis results of anaerobic digestion experiment show that the explosion pressure was 3.0 MPa, the biogas and methane yields loading were 4 130 m L and 2 350 m L which were 35.8% and 71.4% higher than the untreated control(biogas 3 040 m L, methane 1 371 m L).Based on TS were 413 m L/g TS and 235 m L /g TS respectively. Results indicated that the method of steam explosion processes could be effective methodes for using BS to produce biogas.
