摘要
归纳广东现代农业园区规划的主要内容,提取共性评价因子构建9个一级指标、39个二级指标的评价体系,利用德尔菲法确定各个评价指标的权重,借助模糊综合评价法评价现代农业园区规划编制的优劣程度,为相关农业园区规划编制质量提供一个定性与定量相结合的评价指标与方法。
This paper summarizes the main contents of Guangdong modern agricultural park planning and builds evaluation system of 9 factors of first level and 39 indicators of second level by extracting the common assessment factors. The virtues or defect degree on planning compilation of modern agricultural park is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and using Delphi method to determine the weights of indicators of the evaluation system. It also provides the evaluation index and method of a combination of qualitative and quantitative for the compiling quality of relevant agricultural park plans.
