摘要
本文从价值观的新视角探讨员工创新绩效的产生机制,通过问卷调查获得研究数据,采用层级回归分析方法进行实证检验。研究结果表明,能力与成长工作价值观对创新绩效具有显著的正向影响,工作能力匹配和工作自主性都对两者之间的关系起着正向调节作用,工作能力匹配和工作自主性的交互也对能力与成长工作价值观和创新绩效之间的关系起着正向调节作用。
This paper explores the generation mechanism of employees' innovation performance from the perspective of values and conducts an empirical study with hierarchical multiple regression method based on the results of a survey of 430 employees. The findings show that competence and growth work value has a significant positive impact on the innovation performance,that both the ability-fit and work autonomy has a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between competence and the innovation performance,and that the interaction of ability-fit and work autonomy also has a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between Competence and the innovation performance.
