柔性C形开口谐振环的太赫兹异常透射研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用太赫兹时域光谱仪测试系统,研究了聚酰亚胺衬底上的C形开口环周期性结构在太赫兹波段的异常透射特性.结果发现,当入射太赫兹波的电场偏振方向垂直于金属开口时,变化的电场引起电感-电容(LC)共振,使其透射光谱呈现单峰特性;然而,当入射电场偏振方向平行于金属开口时,其透射光谱呈现出多峰性和周期性.通过对其电场能量分布和表面电流的分析发现,这种反常透射特性是由法布里-波罗腔效应和偶极子共振共同作用产生的. Polarization dependence of terahertz(THz) extraordinary transmission from a flexible C-shape split-ring resonance(C-shape SRR) is investigated.When the THz polarization is perpendicular to the gap of C-shape SRR,a single-peak resonance is observed owing to the inductive-capacitive(LC) resonance.When the THz polarization is parallel to the gap of C-shape SRR,a periodic multiple resonances phenomenon is observed.The simulation of the electric density distribution and surface current indicate that the asymmetric Fabry-Perot effect of the C-shape SRR attributes to the periodic resonances.
