摘要
针对传统评估方法中自然语言难以定量的问题,提出了基于模糊数学和层次分析法的云服务评估方法。根据云服务的服务等级协议和用户反馈,构建了以服务费用、性能、服务协议、声誉、安全性为评价指标的云服务非功能服务质量(QoS)评价体系,利用模糊数学中的三角模糊数量化自然语言类型的评价,以实数、布尔类型和自然语言型3种异构数据描述的QoS信息对云服务进行综合评估。通过实例验证了该方法的可操作性,得到了参与实验云服务的测评得分矩阵。结果表明,该方法能够通过定性和定量的属性指标建立对云服务的判断,是对云服务质量的一个全方位的量化评价。
Because natural language in traditional assessment methods is difficult to quantify,a cloud service evaluation method based on fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was put forward.According to the service level agreement(SLA)of cloud service and users' feedback,a cloud service evaluation model was conducted considering the non-functional quality of service(QoS):cost,capacity,service,reputation,and security.The method used triangular fuzzy number of fuzzy math to quantify natural language data,and then used quality of service information which is the mixed data description of real number,boolean and language type to comprehensively evaluate the cloud service.Finally,the operability of the method was verified.The result shows that this method can evaluate the cloud service by qualitative and quantitative properties of indicators.
