摘要
露天矿山爆破单孔装药量较大,随着人们对爆破震动危害的重视,爆破降震技术的研究已成为矿山生产的重要课题。文章针对镜铁山矿黑沟露天矿爆破距2#溜井近、爆破规模大、爆破对溜井震动影响大的问题,开展了逐孔爆破降震技术研究,通过爆破计算及试验,详细合理地设计了2#溜井附近台阶爆破方案。爆破结果表明,采用逐孔爆破降震技术在降低爆破震动、保护溜井工程设施的安全稳定方面具有良好应用效果,这是一种简便、易行、可靠、经济的降震方法。
In open pit mine,the explosive charge of single hole is large,With the people to the attention of blasting vibration damage,blasting seismic reduction technology research has become an important project of the mine production. For the short distance near 2# chute,large scale blasting and the problem of blasting effect on chute shock,this paper conducted hole by hole blasting vibration technology. Through the calculation and the test of blasting,it designed detailed and reasonable bench blasting scheme nearby 2 # chute. The blasting results show that the hole by hole technology to reduce the blasting vibration,to ensure the safety of the chute engineering facilities stability has a good application effect. This is a simple,easy,reliable and economic method of vibration reduction.
