摘要
研究热风炉风温下降的原因,发现格子砖蠕化变形;更换格子砖后,风温恢复到1 150℃。经过修订格子砖理化指标并严格控制质量,制定防范措施,避免再次发生此类事故。
Research on the reason of low blast temperature in hot-blast furnace was carried out. It is found that checked bricks have deformed by creeping. By replacement of checked bricks,the blast temperature risen to 1150℃. Adjustments of physical and chemical indexes for the checked bricks has been made in the regulations as precautionary measure to avoid such accident.
