摘要
对制约济钢方坯中包包龄提高的各个环节进行研究分析,并结合济钢炼钢厂的实际工艺过程,在方坯中包用耐火材料、耐材施工工艺及使用方法方面进行系统攻关优化,实施后取得良好效果,降低了济钢炼钢厂铸机耐材成本。
By research on each link restricting improvement of billet tundish life,and based on the actual process,key optimizations on the billet tundish were systematically implemented on refractories and construction process,along with operation parameters. Favorable results have been obtained and the refractory costs of CCM at Jigang steelmaking plant reduced.
