摘要
结合八钢现有冶炼工艺,针对82B高强度预应力钢绞线用钢生产提出了优化工艺参数。优化后82B钢材上氧含量稳定控制在20~40 ppm,氮含量稳定控制在30~55 ppm范围,且波动小、性能达到力学要求。
In view of existing smelting process in Bayi Iron Steel,the optimization of process parameters for the production of the 82 B high strength steel pre-stressed strand is proposed. After the optimization,the contents of oxygen content and nitrogen content in the 82 B steel are stably controlled within 20 ~ 40 ppm and 30 ~ 55 ppm respectively,with small fluctuations,and the mechanical properties reach the mechanical requirements.
