摘要
介绍了为解决降低钢板淬火水资源浪费,通过开发淬火循环水系统,分析淬火设备控制方法及生产工艺执行操作,节约了水资源,增加了设备的使用效率。
To solve the water wastage problem in steel quenching process,through analysis of the quenching equipment control method and the process execution,a new quenching circulating water system was developed to deduce water consumption,and increase efficiency of the heat treatment equipment.
