ω-3鱼油脂肪酸对成人重症哮喘机体免疫功能及炎症反应的影响

The effect of ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion injection on immune function and inflammatory reaction in adults with severe asthma

目的探讨ω-3鱼油脂肪酸对成人重症哮喘机体免疫功能及炎症反应的影响。方法选择2012年7月~2015年3月收治的重症支气管哮喘患者76例,分为两组,各38例,对照组实施对症支持处理,观察组在对照组基础上使用鱼油,比较两组患者治疗前后TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、CRP水平变化情况、治疗前后免疫指标中CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+和CD4^+/CD8^+变化情况及血气分析结果。结果治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6、CRP低于治疗前及治疗后对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+和CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于治疗前及治疗后对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组p H高于治疗前及治疗后对照组(P<0.05),PCO2低于治疗前及治疗后对照组(P<0.05),PO2高于治疗前及治疗后对照组(P<0.05)。结论ω-3鱼油脂肪酸能有效降低重症哮喘急性发作患者炎症反应,改善血气结果及通气功能,有利于患者症状缓解。

Objective To investigate the effect of ω-3 fish oil fatty acids on immune function and inflammatory reaction in adults with severe asthma. Methods A total of 76 cases patients from July 2012 to March 2015 with severe bronchial asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, each of 38 cases, severe asthma symptomatic and supportive treatment were implemented with the control group, the observation group was treated with ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion injection on the basis of control group, before and after treatment, the TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, CRP levels, the immune parameters before and after treatment in CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋and CD4^＋/CD8^＋and blood gas analysis before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, TNF-α, IL-1, IL-6, CRP levels in the observation group were lower than pre-treatment and post-treatment control group（P〈0.05）, after treatment, CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋and CD4^＋/CD8^＋in the observation group were higher than those before treatment and after treatment with the control group（ P〈0.05）, after treatment, returned to normal blood gas analysis, p H in the observation group was higher than before treatment and after treatment with the control group（P〈 0.05）, PCO2 in the observation group was lower than before treatment and after treatment with control group（P〈0.05）, PO2 in the observation group was higher than before treatment and after treatment with control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion injection can effectively reduce severe asthma exacerbations inflammatory response and improve patient blood gas analysis and ventilation function, so it can help alleviate symptoms.
