小儿消化道异物手术治疗分析

Analysis on surgical treatment of foreign bodies in digestive tract in children

目的探讨需手术治疗的小儿消化道异物的种类、临床表现及手术方式。方法分析我院从2010年1月～2015年1月行手术治疗的17例消化道异物。结果所有患儿均行手术治疗。行消化道切开异物取出、消化道缝合术及消化道穿孔修补术的患儿术后胃肠减压禁饮食3～4 d后开始进食,未行消化道切开病例排气后即进食。除1例磁铁异物造成消化道穿孔,术后切口感染,其余无并发症,无死亡病例。结论消化道异物的类型、停留位置不同,临床表现不同。术中需选择不同的手术方式治疗。

Objective To discuss the types, clinical features, and surgical patterns of surgical treatment on foreign bodies in digestive tract in children. Methods A total of 17 cases of foreign bodies in digestive tract treated by surgeries in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2015 were analyzed. Results All the 17 children were treated by surgeries.Patients receiving digestive tract incision and foreign body removal, and digestive tract suture and perforation repair were forbidden to eat and drink for 3-4 days. Patients without digestive tract incision could take food after exhaust.There was no complication except for infection of incisional wound in 1 patient with digestive tract perforation due to foreign body of a magnet. No death was observed. Conclusion The clinical features vary along with different types and positions of foreign bodies in digestive tract, which should be treated by different surgical patterns.
