心理护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on postoperative pain and quality of life in patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy

目的分析心理护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者术后疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法将2013年1月～2015年1月符合纳入标准的100例乳腺癌根治术患者进行分组,随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。对照组行常规围术期对症护理,积极进行术前准备;干预组在对照组基础上着重实施心理护理干预,比较两组患者的疼痛程度及生活质量改善情况、护理满意度。结果干预组患者轻度疼痛率36.0%,对照组轻度疼痛率12.0%,干预组患者的疼痛改善情况显著优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预组患者生活质量改善良好率达44.0%,对照组患者生活质量改善良好率24.0%,干预组患者的生活质量改善良好率显著高于对照组,干预组患者护理总满意度达96.0%,与对照组的护理总满意度比较明显提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理护理干预应用于乳腺癌根治术中具有较好的效果,能缓解患者的疼痛程度,改善患者的生活质量,提高护理服务质量及对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on postoperative pain and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy. Methods Randomly selected 100 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, the intervention group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative care, and actively preparing for operation. On the basis of the control group, the intervention group focused on the implementation of psychological care intervention, pain and quality of life improvement, nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results In the intervention group, the mild pain rate was 36.0%, the control group was 12.0%, and the pain of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The quality of life of patients in the intervention group was 44.0%, the quality of life of the control group was 24.0%, the quality of life in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Nursing satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was 96.0%, the control group was 74.0%, the total rate of nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was sig nificantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in breast cancer radical operation has better effect, can ease the pain of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, improve the quality of nursing service and the satisfaction of nursing work.
