脊柱骨折伴颈椎脊髓损伤的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of spinal fracture with cervical spinal cord injury

目的观察并探讨脊柱骨折伴颈椎脊髓损伤的围手术期护理管理方法与效果。方法本研究纳入2014年1月～2015年2月期间我院住院部所收治的脊柱骨折伴颈椎脊髓损伤患者共60例,分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全方位护理。观察并对比两组患者手术后脊髓损伤的恢复情况,同时统计术后并发症发生率的差异。结果观察组患者术后脊髓损伤恢复情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率为6.67%（2/30）,明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论脊柱骨折伴颈椎脊髓损伤患者围手术期通过实施全方位护理,能够改善术前状态,密切术中配合,促进术后康复,相较于传统护理模式可提高脊髓损伤恢复情况,降低并发症发生率,价值值得肯定。

Objective To observe and explore the method and effect of perioperative nursing management for patients with spinal cord injury accompanied by cervical spinal cord injury. Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spinal cord injury patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to February 2015 were set up as control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, the observation group implemented the full range of nursing. The recovery of spinal cord injury after operation in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The recovery of spinal cord injury in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P0.05）. The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 6.67%（2/30）, which was significantly lower than that in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Patients with cervical spine fracture with cervical spinal cord injury patients by the implementation of the full range of care, can improve the preoperative state, close intraoperative cooperation, promote postoperative rehabilitation, compared to the traditional nursing mode can improve the recovery of spinal cord injury, reduce the incidence of complications, the value is worth to be determined.
