护理干预对预防酒依赖患者复饮的效果

目的分析实施护理干预对预防酒依赖患者复饮的效果。方法选择2015年1～6月间我社区卫生服务中心所管辖范围内的酒依赖患者共计46例作为调查研究对象。将46例入选对象按照数字随机表方法进行分组,分别设为对照组和研究组,每组23例。对照组入选对象仅实施基础健康宣教,研究组实施护理干预措施。对研究组在护理干预前、干预3个月后和6个月后的SF-36评分情况进行观察,并与对照组进行对比。结果研究组护理干预前SF-36相关评分与对照组比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）;护理干预后3个月和6个月的SF-36相关评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理干预对预防酒依赖患者复饮的临床效果确切,可促进患者加深对酒依赖危害性的认识,改善患者的生活习惯,促进生活质量提高,临床价值值得肯定。

Objective To analyze the implementation of nursing intervention on the prevention of alcohol dependence patients after drinking. Methods From January to June 2015, a total of 46 patients with alcohol dependence were selected as research objects in the jurisdiction of the community health service center. 46 cases selected object according to the number of random grouping table method,were set as control group and research group,each group of 23 cases.Control group was only recieved basic health propaganda and education,the research group was recieved nursing intervention measures. Compared with the control group, the SF-36 scores in the research group were observed before the implementation of nursing intervention measures, after 3 months,6 months. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before the nursing intervention（P〉0.05）. The SF-36 related scores in research group after 3months, 6 months of nursing intervention were significantly higher than that of control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention on the prevention of alcohol dependence patients after drinking has exact clinical effect,can promote patients to deepen understanding of the dangers of alcohol dependence,improve patients＇ living habits, improve the quality of life,positive clinical value.
