在核磁共振增强扫描检查中实施优质护理服务的效果观察

Effect of high quality nursing service in magnetic resonance imaging

目的观察在核磁共振增强扫描检查中实施优质护理服务的效果。方法选择2014年1月～2015年1月在我院进行磁共振增强扫描检查患者200例为研究对象,入选患者根据护理方法不同随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各100例,干预组采取优质护理服务,对照组采取常规护理,比较两组检查前后的焦虑心理评分、护理满意度及配合依从性情况。结果干预组90.0%检查者顺利完成MRI检查,1例中断检查;对照组76.0%患者顺利完成MRI检查,干预组检查者的配合依从性显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。检查前两组检查者均存在焦虑心理,两组检查者的SAS评分比较,差异不显著,检查后干预组检查者的SAS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。干预组的护理满意度评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在核磁共振增强扫描检查中实施优质护理服务可以缓解患者的焦虑心理,使患者积极配合检查,从而提高检查成功率及护理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing service in patients with nuclear magnetic resonance imaging. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital,200 patients with magnetic resonance enhanced scan were selected as the research objects, the patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 100 cases in each group,the intervention group took the high quality nursing service,the control group adopted routine nursing,compared with the two groups before and after examination of the anxiety score,nursing satisfaction and compliance. Results 90% patients in the intervention group were successfully completed MRI examination,1 case was interrupted,and the control group 76% patients successfully completed the MRI examination,the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. The examination of the first two groups were all in the presence of anxiety,the SAS score of the two groups had no difference before intervention. After examination, the SAS score of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction score in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing service in magnetic resonance imaging can relieve patients＇ anxiety,so as to improve the success rate and nursing satisfaction.
