微创外科在胸腺瘤切除的应用及研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,随着外科手术技术的进步及医疗机械的发展,微创技术在胸外科的应用越来越多。胸腺瘤的微创切除主要包括小切口手术方法、胸腔镜辅助胸腺瘤切除以及近年来兴起的机器人辅助下胸腺瘤的切除等手术方式。微创胸腺瘤切除术相对于传统胸骨劈开有以下优势:创伤小、术中出血少、胸腔引流液少、切口感染机会小、切口美观及住院时间短等优势。微创胸腺瘤切除术得到广大医师及患者的认可,能够完成大部分胸腺瘤的切除。本文就胸腺瘤的微创外科的现状及进展作一综述。 In recent years, with the progress of the surgical technique and medical machinery development, more and more application of minimally invasive techniques are used in thoracic surgery. The minimally invasive thymectomy including small incision surgery method, the thoracoscope assisted thymoma resection and the rise of robot assisted the thymoma resection operation method in recent years. Compared with traditional sternum split, minimally invasive thymectomy has the following advantages: less trauma,less intraoperative bleeding, less infection of incision, more beautiful incision and shorter hospitalization time and other advantages. Minimally invasive thymectomy is favored by the general doctors and patients, and is able to complete most thymectomy. In this paper, the present situation and progress of minimally invasive surgery in the field of thymectomy is reviewed.
