摘要
针对极近距离煤层群开采地质条件,在弹性理论的基础上,推导出底板岩层中任意一点附加垂直应力解析解,绘制了不同宽度大煤柱下底板岩层垂直应力等值线图,揭示了5~#煤层垂直应力分布规律,结合大煤柱下应力非均匀分布特征的影响,最终确定沙曲矿45 m宽大煤柱支承压力下5~#煤层25301工作面胶运巷采用内错4 m布置。现场实践表明其支护效果良好,无明显变形,矿压显现较为缓和。
According to the mining geological conditions of extremely close coal seams,we obtained the analytical solution of additional vertical stress at any point in floor stratum was derived on the basis of elastic theory,and the contour map of vertical stress in floor stratum under coal pillars with different width were drew,and the vertical stress distribution regularity of No.5coal seam was revealed,combined with the non-uniform stress distribution characteristics under the large pillars,it was determined finally that the reasonable position of haulage roadway in25301 working face of No.5 coal seam under large coal pillar with 45 m width in Shaqu Mine was disposed staggerly with 4 m width.Field practice showed that the roadway support effect was good,and there was no obvious deformation and strata pressure behavior.
