摘要
为解决寸草塔一矿5^(-1)煤层回采巷道变形严重问题,特使用顸板离层指示仪对煤层顶板进行观测,观测分析认为,单一使用锚杆支护并不能与顶板岩层形成有效锚固体,必须增加锚索支护。在原支护方式基础上,设计了5种支护方案,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了5种支护方案巷道顶板位移特征。结果表明最佳方案为每排2根锚索和5根锚杆。工程实践表明最佳方案可以保证巷道顶板的安全。
In order to solve the serious deformation problem of mining roadway in 5^-1 coal seam of Cuncaota No.1 Mine,roof separation indicating instrument was used to observe the seam roof,the observation results showed that only using bolts couldn't form an effective roof-bolt anchorage body,and anchor cable supporting must be added.On the basis of original supporting method,five kinds of supporting schemes are designed,and the roof displacement characteristics of roadway were analyzed by using FLAC 3D numerical simulation software.The results showed that the optimal scheme was 2 anchor cables and 5 anchor bolts in each row,and the engineering practices showed that the optimal scheme could ensure the safety of roadway roof.
