摘要
为了解决高灰细粒煤泥浮选降灰难的问题,以腐植酸钠为抑制剂进行了不同用量条件下的煤泥浮选试验、浮选产品与腐植酸钠改性试验,对改性前和改性后的产品进行接触角测量和FTIR分析,并对浮选精煤进行X射线衍射分析。试验结果表明,腐植酸钠易吸附在尾煤上,提高煤系矿物质亲水性可抑制其上浮,进而达到降低精煤灰分,改善浮选效果的目的。当腐植酸钠用量为900 g/t时,浮选精煤灰分为16.18%,比未添加腐植酸钠浮选精煤灰分降低了10.4%,浮选完善指标升高了14.17%,浮选效果最佳。
In order to solve the problem of reducing ash difficult during high ash ultrafine coal flotation,the authors conducted coal slime experiment and flotation production with sodium humate modified tests under different dosage conditions of using sodium humate depressant,measured contact angle and analyzed FTIR of the products before and after the modifying,and conducted X-ray diffraction analysis of clean coal flotation.The results showed that sodium humate easily absorbed on tail coal,improving coal measures mineral hydrophilic could inhibit floating to reduce ash of clean coal and improve flotation effects.When the dosage of sodium humate was 900 g/t,the ash of clean coal flotation was 16.18%which less 10.4%than the no sodiumhumate adding condition.The faultless index of flotation raised 14.17%which were best flotation effect.
