摘要 辅助生殖技术(ART)在治疗不孕不育症的应用上愈加广泛,其安全性也一直备受关注。关于ART助孕出生的子代长时程的健康问题一直被人们所忽视。越来越多的证据显示经ART出生的子代出现肥胖症、高血压、胰岛素抵抗及心血管疾病的风险增加。本文通过总结临床应用和动物模型实验提供的证据,对经ART出生的子代出现代谢综合征及心血管功能异常的情况进行综述。 Assisted reproductive technologies(ART)have been successfully used worldwide to treat infertility,but the concerns of safety of ART have been still remained.However,the longer term health implications of ART have largely been ignored.The emerging studies show that ART may predispose individuals to an increased risk of obesity,hypertension,insulin resistance and cardiovascular disease in their later life.This review summarizes the evidences based on the individuals and animal models to describe the cardiometabolic health of offspring conceived by ART.
