谈判者的情绪风格对谈判的影响研究回顾 被引量:1

摘要 近年研究发现,谈判者的情绪风格能显著影响谈判的过程和结果,情绪渐渐成为谈判研究的热点话题。通过回顾情绪对谈判结果的影响,分析了情绪的影响机制,并对调节效应的研究进行了总结,最后就未来研究方向提出了建议。
