摘要 在对耳鼻喉科医护人员的急救培训教学中,将以老师为中心、学生被动地接受老师传授知识的旧模式转变为通过见习、听讲、实践配合演练三步法分步进行的教学新模式。通过对实践结果的分析证明,应用新的急救培训教学模式,使学生能够尽快地掌握急救知识和技能,为抢救生命赢取宝贵时间。 In the first aid training of the ENT medical staff, teacher-centered teaching mode, in which students passively accept the knowledge, was changed into a new mode which combines watching, listening and practicing together with training in a simulated situa- tion. Through the analysis of the practice results, application of the new mode of first aid training helps students 'absorb CPR knowledge and skills as soon as possible, and win the precious time in saving lives.
