摘要
留学生医学教育发展迅速,然而目前仍然存在教学模式僵化、语言沟通、教材应用不合理等诸多问题。结合中国医科大学留学生外科学教学经验,开展联合应用问题为中心的教学模式(PBL)、病例为中心教学模式(CBL)、标准化病人(SP)的教学方法,通过重视师资质量和授课的准备工作,合理编写教学大纲、教材和CAI课件,加强临床技能培训,建立英语标准化病人培训模式,PBL及CBL病案专题的确定及小课教学设计,建立留学生课程学习评价体系及教学结果考核方式,构建教学效果评估系统等措施,有效提高了留学生教育的水平,培养了高素质的留学生教育人才。
In the rapid development of medical education of foreign students problems exist such as the outdated traditional education style,poor communication skills,and unsuitable teaching materials. This study revolves around a more efficient way of teaching by combination of the methods of problem-based learning,case-based learning and standard patients. It focuses on good preparation of the teaching material,strengthens clinical skill training,standardizes patients training,PBL and CBL based seminars,sound evaluation system for both teaching and learning. These modifications can lead to great improvement in teaching quality and development of teaching faculty.
